Coaching program


How does it work?

The first step in the coaching program is for us to get to know each other. I offer a 30-minute intake via Skype, free of charge. During the intake I will introduce myself and my coaching method, and we will discuss your coaching needs. Contact me for a free intake!

The program consists of eight sessions of 90 minutes. These can take place in the Utrecht area  or via Skype. During these meetings you will discover who you are, what your goals are, what you are capable of, and what you can do to achieve your goals. We will evaluate your progress halfway during the program, and during the last session, to make sure you are going in the right direction. During the last session you will also receive a full report of the coaching program, so you can continue to work on your personal development!



Intake program

Step 1 - The Intake

The intake will take place via Skype. We will discuss our respective expectations, wishes and needs.
The aim of the intake is to determine whether we will start a coaching program together. This will depend on a mutual click, a feeling of safety and trust, and confidence that I can offer you the coaching you seek. When we’ve both decided to move forward, we will make an appointment for a first coaching session.

Step 2 - Who am I?

The program for coaching sessions follows a tiered approach. During the first tier you will get to know yourself better. You will not yet be working on the objectives you determined during the intake. During these sessions you will reflect a lot upon your motives, qualities, and experiences. We will take plenty of time for this initial phase, usually three to four sessions, because it builds the foundation for the following two tiers. At the end of these sessions you will better understand the relationship between the obstacles you are facing in your current situation, and your motives, qualities, and experiences. You will also give and receive a mid-evaluation, which we will discuss in preparation for the following tiers. The purpose of the evaluation is twofold. You will provide feedback to me and the coaching program so far. You will also gauge where you stand and where you want to go. We will adapt the coaching program accordingly.

Step 3 - What do I want?

During tier 2 you will determine what it is that you want. Here we will return to the objectives you determined during the intake. You will refine these objectives, based on the insights you gained during tier 1. This takes one session. You will specify one or multiple personal goals, and you will make a plan of action to achieve these goals. I will make sure your goals are specific, measurable, ambitious, realistic, time bound, and inspiring (S.M.A.R.T.I.). Because goals formulated this way are much easier to achieve!

Step 4 - Taking action

During the third tier you will set your action plan into motion, during two to three sessions followed by a final session. This is the part where you will get out of your chair! You will apply what we have discussed in previous sessions. During tier 3 we will monitor your progress together, and you will adjust your action plan accordingly. After two to three sessions you will be well on your way to achieve your goals!
During the last session we will discuss the final evaluation of your program, focussing on the progress you’ve made, and the milestones you’ve encountered along the way. You will also receive a written report about the content of all the sessions. We will discuss your plans for the future, and how the report can help you to achieve your future goals.
